New tourist district on a promontory overlooking the sea Project: 2019-2020 Dimensioal data: 91.000 Sq.Mt. area, 8.000Sq.Mt. tourist residences, 3.500Sq.Mt. port services and trade The urban, landscape and architectural project envisages a settlement of 24 tourist residences managed by a single operator, conceived as individual villas located in a private park and overlooking a promontory in Sardinia. This maximizes the use of greenery and the view towards the sea. All the buildings have green roofs, are terraced and extend over gardens contained by retaining walls covered in local stone. Three further linear condominiums on a single level are located to the west and also formed by green terraces. Two identical linear buildings stand on the existing tourist harbour: one for port services and the other for commercial activities. |
