Project: 2020 Prefab housing units for the reuse of existing buildings It is a project of self-sufficient residential units to be inserted into existing buildings and composed of drymounted transportable modules that leave the existing envelope untouched. All the characteristics of housing (structural self-supporting, insulation, systems) are concentrated in the housing module hosted and not in the hosting building. The housing units are made with Fantoni Akustikwall type movable walls divided into modules that can be reassembled to form different types of environments that can serve studio apartments or multiple rooms, working or assistance spaces. |
